Tracy Easton
Manager, Client Services

Tracy started her career with Artcraft in early 2001, after working 13+ years in the printing industry in customer service and production management roles. She strives to provide the utmost level of personalized service to Artcraft’s clients, and is especially fond of managing large projects from concept to completion. Tracy loves what she does, and takes delight in helping clients achieve their promotional objectives. Her goal is to learn something new every day, and looks forward to sharing that knowledge when training Artcraft’s new customer service reps that come on board. When not working, Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons, and is always looking for that next great family vacation spot!

Larry Giuffra
Art Director

Graduating with honors from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Larry has gone on to leading one of Philadelphia’s premier design & print firms Replica Creative to great success year after year. Tackling production projects like the Wawa 4th of July Celebration & the Papal Visit to Philadelphia his dedication, organization and creativity help take him to the next level. He brings 6 years of professional experience to the team and has placed 1st in the SkillsUSA NJ competition during his experience further learning print production and design. As a visual communicator, I consider myself to be an artist, a writer, a performer, an organizer, a developer a thought-provoker, and me. Larry loves spending free time with his wife, exploring unique restaurants, watching movies and everything sports.

Susan Prasnal
Apparel Manager

Susan began her career at Artcraft over 14 years ago in the direct marketing department. She is now the apparel manager helping the sales force everyday with quoting, sourcing and presenting quality product. From t shirts, sweatshirts, outerwear , hats and athleisure, Susan suggests the right look for your company. She watches fashion trends and constantly wants to learn about fabrics and the latest apparel decoration techniques. She also has a strong understanding of deadlines and budget, so keeping our clients pleased with their branded apparel is a must. When Susan is not thinking about t-shirts or embroidery, she enjoys running, kayaking, classic corvettes and Packers football.

Bruce Rosen
Logistics Director

With over thirteen years’ experience with Artcraft he has just about seen it all. From servicing clients large and small to making sure globally sourced products are produced correctly and delivered on time. Recently helping to design and open our 40,000 square foot warehouse/fulfillment center and reorganize art services. He enjoys spending outdoor time birding and indoor time accompanying traditional Irish music on guitar.

Benita Simpson
Warehouse Management

Though her dream is to spend every day lounging on a beach in the Caribbean, Benita Simpson manages to find just as much enjoyment being a member of the The Artcraft Group.

Having been a member of the The Artcraft Group Family since 2005, Benita has held many roles within the organization, from Customer Service and Sales Support to Marketing and Warehouse Management. She proudly holds the record for wearing the most hats within the organization and says that she finds honor in working for an honorable company. “Why wouldn’t I want to hold as many roles as possible? It’s makes me a more well-rounded member of the team”

Benita has a BA in Music from Rowan University, is an active volunteer with the Volunteers of America and is working toward an additional degree in Occupational Therapy. When not working, volunteering or studying she performs on stage with local musical theater companies. This full time student, full time worker is a full time representation of how each member of the team bring something special and unique to the organization.

Brian Wiley
Warehouse Manager

Brian is the warehouse operations manager for Artcraft. He graduated from Penn State and has been in the warehousing/distribution/fulfillment industry in various positions since 2000 and has been with Artcraft since 2016. From receiving, to shipping, to order fulfillment, to customer service, Brian has been involved in every aspect at some point over his career. He grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and lives there with his wife, and two kids – one human, one canine, both girls. In his free time, Brian enjoys finding new and local live music, watching crime dramas or murder mysteries with his wife Kathleen and going to animated movies with his daughter Jaqueline. He also enjoys lovingly driving his wife and daughter crazy with his personal antics whenever possible – always with the support of his faithful bichon-poodle Zoey.
