Gaetano Barbuto
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Gaetano has been part of the Artcraft family for over 11 years. He started in the direct marketing division and quickly moved up the ranks to account executive, working closely with team members to provide an unparalleled level of service and innovation to some of Artcraft’s largest clients. In addition to overseas sourcing and custom solutions, Gaetano also spearheads a number of the eCompany stores Artcraft develops and manages for our clients. He works closely with both our in-house IT and decorating departments to customize these online stores to meet our client’s needs. “G” is the real deal and clients appreciate his dedicated work ethic (he learned it while being a champion high-school wrestler).

When he isn’t looking for new innovate ideas to help differentiate our clients, Gaetano likes to spend time with his wife and two daughters, as well as staying active with sports and fitness.


Gary Barr
Sr. Promotional Advisor

With today’s ever increasing pace of information sharing, the simple act of listening seems to be disappearing. Gary takes great pride in actually hearing what his clients’ needs are and reacting with effective solutions. 30+ years of industry experience, along with college degrees in marketing and management help give him the resources necessary to do his job, but taking the time actually getting to know his customers is what sets him apart. Making this interaction the easiest part of his client’s business day is the ultimate goal. Gary’s clients are fiercely loyal to him, several having worked with him for over 25 years…so apparently it IS true that bad habits ARE hard to break!! Happily married (another byproduct of listening!) with three amazing grown children, Gary’s spare time is typically spent with friends or family doing something fun.


Ross Buford
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Ross combines 19 years of Artcraft experience with past sales careers to bring 25 plus years of sales and management experience to the table. With that background, Ross has achieved the impressive Artcraft status of true “Tchotchke Master” . His mission is to serve, protect and make clients happy with the ability to offer custom, creative promotional advertising solutions and ideas. His extensive knowledge enables him to provide his clients cutting edge ideas to increase sales, create advertising campaigns, employee recognition programs and introduce new products.

Ross’s secret to success is: “Personalized service, listening to client needs and on time delivery gets results. I handle the daily responsibility of meeting deadlines and event dates. I look forward to working with my customers to build a successful relationship and help them achieve their goals.” Ross makes even the most mundane projects and promotions seem fun and exciting. “A personal thank you to all my clients / friends for all opportunities over the years”.

Ross was born and raised in South Jersey and a graduate of Stockton State. He enjoys fishing, boating and DIY home projects.


Theresa D’Alessandro
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Theresa D’Alessandro moved to South Jersey from New York. She studied Industrial Design, at Pratt Institute. It is there where she got a taste for travel. Her participation in their study abroad program allowed her a chance to take classes at the Tyler School of Art, in Rome. Immediately, she realized she would like to work in a job that was fast paced. One that would afford her exposure to lots of new things. Landing a job where “shopping“ was part of one’s job requirements was just an unexpected bonus. Forever a kid at heart, a career in toy design and development was a great start. As the need for technology seeped into or lives, she ventured towards developing electronic toys and consumer products. This exposed her to working with even many licensors.

In 2006, an opportunity to work at Artcraft Promotional Products presented itself, so Theresa applied for the job. The transition from developing licensed impulse items to working for a company that offered them was an easy one. Now in Sales, most requests don’t require designing new products. But, she has the potential and innovative spirit to seek out and create custom items when the opportunities knocks.

In her free time, Theresa loves digging in her garden. When not flinging mulch or pulling weeds, she enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends. Her best buds now call Montana home. So her goal is to visit them. There she hopes to convince them to join her on her bucket list adventures or learn of others to add.


Bob Famular
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Bob has been part of the Artcraft family for over 10 years. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a BS in Marketing. Bob specializes in custom promotional projects and has a passion for creating unique and creative campaigns that are tailored to individual client needs. Bob believes the most successful marketing ventures are data driven and are a mixture of proper brand awareness and portrayal, while meeting the needs and expectations of a specific client base. Bob provides marketing services for a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, non-profit, higher education, and medical services.

In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, camping and fishing.


Jack Hamilton
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Jack has been with Artcraft since 2007. Prior to joining Artcraft, he owned a family promotional products business for 20 years, so it is with pride and pleasure that Jack says he has spent most of his life in the business. Jack graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in marketing.

A consummate professional and a native of Springfield, PA., Jack’s role as senior account manager and business development specialist enables him to advise clients on a variety of marketing initiatives.

Jack is married to his wife Liz and they have three children (Kirsten, Devin, and Jack). Jack loves to cook, read, and spend quality time with his family.


Greg Law
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Greg has been in the promotional products industry since 1979. He offers his clients an incredible amount of experience. Prior to joining our industry, he was a political consultant who designed and implemented all aspects of public campaigns for candidates and organizations. His extensive marketing experience is often helpful to his clients as they work to integrate our products into their promotional programs. Furthermore, coming from the fast-paced environment of political campaigns, he understands the importance of meeting schedules, being innovative, staying on budget and "doing the impossible". He and his associate, Denise Skalkowski handle clients nationwide. His hobbies include kayaking, target shooting, archery and water sports.


Joanne Watson
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Tchotchkes! No, that’s not how Joanne sees the promos you hand out every day to customers and potential new clients. With her strong background of 20+ years in marketing & advertising, she views the use of promos as an integral part of building brand awareness and growing your business. From her first job at Ogilvy, an advertising agency in NY, she learned that ‘advertising that sells best is advertising that builds a brand’. In order to do that she takes the time to listen & learn about her clients company and their marketing objectives so she can come up with creative promos that fit their initiatives.

“The more I know about the client, the easier the process gets to come up with fresh ideas. I try to make the project easy for them by expediting the process from start to finish. We present power point ideas, engage our art department to do mock-ups, provide product samples and of course ensure delivery when they need it. Ultimately the goal is to grow their business”.

One area of expertise she is proud of is her knowledge of products Made in the USA. “I always try to include an American made product with my ideas. When you buy USA made products, you make the country better in so many ways.”


Tara Winer
Sr. Promotional Advisor

Tara has been part of the Artcraft family for over 30 years. With a degree from the University of Wisconsin in economics and her ‘can do’ attitude, Tara has grown to develop an expertise in the financial, healthcare, and auto markets. Her business has grown greatly over the years and now requires the help of two full-time assistants, Dominique Higgins and Nicole Benoit.

When not working, Tara spends time with her husband and 3 daughters, enjoys hiking in Colorado, and making her ‘world famous’ chicken pot pie.
