Executive Team

Judith Zimmermann
President and CEO

Judy is a polished, approachable and down to earth leader whose rolled-up sleeve approach makes Artcraft a model for excellent client service and effective promotional strategy. Her commitment to best business practice for branding and product selection, ensures that our clients remain true to their company vision, mission and brand objectives throughout the process. The end result? What the clients order is what we deliver, and it is exactly what they need to build their brands.

Judy is a Registered Nurse in her first career, with a degree in Health Education. Her expertise in health and extensive knowledge of effective educational methods make her an indispensable team leader for our clients with healthcare and wellness products and service. Next, she sold (primarily) to the healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries and became first VP of Artcraft and in 1998 President.

In 2010, Judy was one of fourteen exemplary women to receive the premier award for excellence among Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), bestowed by the National Council at its annual Summit and Salute. This award is recognition for those women who lead successful businesses through strategic vision, business acumen and sheer dedication to their clients to propel the economy forward.

Judy volunteers with the regional WBE and in community groups. She is an advocate for education, serves on the board of an inner city high school for girls and enjoys spending time with her family, boating, swimming, hiking, crafts and hanging out with her high school sweetheart, Harold, their four sons, and “our next generation”, all 10 of them!

Harold Zimmermann
Vice-President

Harold’s career in promotional products spans nearly 50 years and his work has focused on developing creative solutions for his client’s toughest problems. Starting in sales he quickly earned Top Salesman honors and became President for 20 years. He has produced over 1000 custom products and has been awarded numerous design and utility patents by the U.S. Patent Office, as well as countless industry awards. If you have a tough problem, he has a solution.

When Harold takes a rare break, he and his high school sweetheart wife, Judy enjoy spending time with their family of 4 sons and 10 grandchildren who know him as “Oh Great One”. Harold also loves all types of fishing, water skiing and Corvettes.

Favorite Quote: “I find the word epiphany ironic because in my experience it is the inevitable result of a relentless pursuit of elegant solutions”.

Todd Zimmermann
Partner, Senior Account Manager

Raised in the industry, Todd is passionate about helping his clients’ marketing campaigns stand out from the pack. Is the promotional idea Creative, Current and Memorable? If not, it’s back to the drawing board, as every promotional item, campaign and program should extend your brand in a meaningful way. Todd uses his degrees in Economics and Finance to push for high ROI on every client investment in branding, and loves working with Artcraft’s in-house Tech Team to develop Apps and websites to help streamline client programs. A self-avowed ‘nerd’, Todd and his family balance out their nerdiness with a strong commitment to community service and a near-obsession with playing and/or cheering for almost every sport on Earth. If it’s the weekend and they’re not on a ball field, you can probably find them cheering for William & Mary or UNC in basketball, football or the sport du jour. (They’d probably cheer for tiddlywinks if one of their parents’ alma maters—or Steph Curry--were playing!)

Keith Zimmermann
Partner, Manager Promotions Now

Keith has been helping clients build their brands since 1997. He attended James Madison University as a Biology major but found his true love in business. He obtained his M.B.A. from Villanova University and has led Artcraft’s Direct Marketing division for the last 15 years. This division specializes in meeting the promotional needs of our local and national healthcare, educational and safety communities via a strong presence in catalog and web offerings.

At home, Keith spends time with his wife and triplet daughters. In his spare time he is an avid outdoorsman and occasionally disappears into the wilderness.

Brett Zimmermann
Partner, Sr. Manager Solutions

Brett has a wide range of experience in several industries. He has expertise in product development, sales, manufacturing and marketing. A graduate of The University of Richmond with a degree in International Business, Brett has worked with international manufacturers for more than 15 years. He travels to Asia regularly to visit and inspect Artcraft partner factories. His work helps Artcraft maintain its industry-best quality while also developing innovative new solutions. He also works with the sales staff on custom projects and company store operations. Brett and his wife, Kim, have two children, Riley (6) and Brett Jr. (8). They enjoy boating, skiing, and maintaining their gardens.

Scott Zimmermann
Partner, Sales Manager

The youngest of the four Zimmermann brothers, Scott returned to Artcraft in 2008 after five years working in finance. Like his brothers, he was exposed to the promotional products business from an early age. A graduate of The College of New Jersey, Scott especially enjoys adding value to creative projects. Scott coordinates new business development efforts as well as sales training.

On Thursday nights, you’ll probably find Scott playing (and winning) an intense game of table shuffleboard at the “Terrace Club”, which he founded. Otherwise, Scott spends most of his free time biking or hiking with his wife and son.

Philip A. Edelstein
Chief Financial Officer

Phil has been with The Artcraft Group for over seventeen years and oversees all aspects of finance and procurement. With an accounting degree from Temple University and a master’s degree from Widener University Phil’s contribution to the management team at Artcraft ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service and value.

Phil currently resides in Mt. Laurel NJ with his wife and three children. An active member in the community Phil coaches a boy’s travel soccer team and is involved with the TOPS soccer program for children with special needs.

Racquetball, skiing and reading a good book on the beach is how he spends his down time.

Andrea Barton Gurney
Director of Marketing

Andrea is an avid marketer, promotional products expert, internet geek and mother to two rescue dogs (as well as two grown sons). Andrea started with Artcraft and the promotional products industry 30 years ago and never looked back, enjoying the high level of mental engagement every day in the industry brings. After launching the direct marketing division of the company in 1990, Andrea has spent the years since growing the brands and customer base to national reach. Andrea believes the secret to success in business is dedication, passion and a sense of humor, all in equal measure.
